1. Operational Status & Site Operator
Cypress Cove Land Keepers, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is currently winding down its operations and is scheduled to officially dissolve on June 30, 2026.
- Pre-Dissolution (Through June 30, 2026): The Site is operated by Cypress Cove Land Keepers as we transition our remaining activities and establish our legacy resources.
- Post-Dissolution (Beginning July 1, 2026): This Site will be maintained strictly as a historical archive and record of past achievements. Following dissolution, management of the Site and its domain will transition to a designated Legacy Custodian (the “Custodian”).
All references to “we,” “our,” or “us” in this document refer to Cypress Cove Land Keepers prior to June 30, 2026, and to the Custodian managing the historical archive on and after July 1, 2026.

We do not directly collect, harvest, or request personal details, mailing addresses, or financial information on this Site.
